The DOST-ITDI GRCP aims to strengthen the R&D collaboration/partnership with universities by providing graduate students in respective colleges/departments of the university, the opportunity to work with DOST-ITDIs experts on their research projects/activities as curriculum requirement for theses for Master’s degree or for Doctoral dissertations. The research activities of the graduate students should be aligned with the current R&D areas of DOST-ITDI, which are anchored in the Harmonized National R&D Agenda (HNRDA). To a greater extent, the GRCP hopes to contribute to the country’s goal of improving its rank in the innovation index through increasing the number of scientific and technical papers published, which the graduate students and DOST-ITDI researchers can achieve through this program.
